Adult
Swimming Lessons (Ages 13 & up)
The Adult class is geared toward all levels of adult swimmers from absolute beginner to intermediate. The instructor will work with the individual on skills and techniques based on his/her current swimming level and personal goals. Each session listed below meets eight times for 45 minutes each time.
