How do I know in which pool my lesson will be held?
The class rolls for the day are posted on the large white board located at the entrance of our facility. The rolls are divided into 3 categories: seasonal group classes, school year group classes, and private lessons. Look under the category that pertains to you, find the time for your lesson, and make sure your name appears on the roll for that day. Once you've found your class on the roll for that day there should be a column that designates the pool where your class will take place. Your class may not be in the same pool every class, so make sure you check the daily roll to make sure you're in the right place! If you ever need assistance with finding your class, please see us at the swim counter and we'd be happy to help you!

Do I need to check in before my lesson?
No, there is no need to check in prior to your lesson. Simply check the daily roll to see in which pool your class will be held and wait in the designated pool area until your instructor calls your name to start class.

How can I get in touch with my instructor prior to lessons?
All classes begin and end promptly at their designated time. If you have a brief question you may ask the instructor either at the beginning or end of class. If you need a detailed response from an instructor you may leave them a message at the swim counter, or you may send them an email. All instructor contact information is located under facility on our staff page.

What equipment is needed or recommended?
The recommended equipment for a level is located on the swim level sheet after the listed skills for each level. We recommend waiting to speak with your instructor so they can advise you on the swim aides they prefer you to purchase.
We provide back floats, noodles, kickboards, and pool toys for all students during their lesson.

If I have a child with special needs, how is this handled?
We have a handful of instructors who have experience dealing with special needs children. Special needs children generally do not do well in a group environment; if you have a special needs child we recommend scheduling a private lesson. When you call to book private lessons please let us know what your child's needs are, if they have any handicaps, and the type of personalities they respond best to. We will, in turn, suggest instructors who will be able to handle your child's needs.

We follow the Cobb County school schedule. We are closed during Cobb County's Spring break, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving break, and Winter break.

Do you ever close for inclement weather?
We rarely close due to inclement weather. We may pull swimmers out of the water when lightning is very near, but usually we have everyone stay in the swim hallway until it is deemed safe to resume classes. If we do have to cancel classes we will contact you in advance.
