Swimmers will continue learning and perfecting their stroke technique, stamina and endurance. Home and Away meets are offered throughout the season, with all team members expected to participate in 3 Away Meets minimum.
We have three practice groups divided by age and skill, designed to help swimmers achieve their goals while enjoying participation in the sport. You can read the full level descriptions here.
Our program offers a flexible practice schedule- choose your weekly quantity practice plan, and come to any of the pratices held for your level each week.

ASA features SwimPro! Your students will benefit from real-time analysis of underwater footage, giving them a brand new perspective on their technique and body position in the water.

About ASA Summer Stroke School:
Swimmers will continue learning and developing all four competitive strokes, as well as technical skills such as dives, flip turns and finishes. This is a great way to improve individual swimming skills, endurance, speed and confidence in a team practice setting. Swimmers that aspire to be on the ASA Swim Team will benefit greatly from the skills and knowledge taught in this program, but it is also a wonderful option for those wanting a great workout and needing this flexible practice schedule to accommodate for summer vacations.

Home meets are a fun way to get acclimated to team competition, and gain confidence if planning on attending away meets in the future! Please plan on attending these meets if possible when enrolled in Summer Stroke School.
The Summer Long Course Meters (LCM) continuation of Year-round Short Course Yards (SCY)!
Level 1 practices minimum two days a week for Upper Level Red and White group & entry level Blue group members. To join they must have achieved either an ASA Motivational or US Swimming Time Standard in a ≥50 yard event; Set an ASA Record in a ≥50 yard event; or completed IMX or IMReady.
Level 2 practices minimum 3 days per week for Blue and Gold group members. To join they must have achieved either a USA Swimming Motivational Time Standard; Set an ASA Record; or completed IMX Challenge.
