ASA NEVER GUARANTEE COACHES
No refunds or credits if a coach has changed as ASA cannot guarantee a coach. ASA secures schedule commitment from all instructors, but ASA can never guarantee that an instructor won't get sick, go on vacation, have emergencies, or change their availability. Your swimmer's skills are tracked and reviewed before each shift by the coach regardless if they are a new coach or not - therefore ensuring that the coach progresses skills and has fun!
Private make up policy:
No refunds or credits for missed classes. Prior notice of at least 2 hours before a missed class is required in order to reschedule it as a makeup. Each student is limited to 2 eligible makeups per enrollment per month. Makeups must be scheduled within 60 days from the original missed class. Makeups expire 7 days after withdrawal from the program. Makeup lessons do not carry over to future enrollments nor transfer to siblings. Makeup lessons are based on availability and are not guaranteed. ASA does not guarantee instructors.
